Financial Assistance is available for Grades K - 6.
Limited Financial Aid is available and is awarded through the FACTS Grant & Aid process. Our Financial Aid applications are available for the upcoming school year starting January 1 and close on May 1.

All applications for financial aid must be completed & submitted no later than May 1.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Application Window is now CLOSED for 2024-2025.
There is a $40.00 application fee charged by FACTS. Once the application has been completed, FACTS will notify St. Joseph School that it has been submitted. The Financial Aid Committee meets in late June and will award the aid that is available. Please note, if you are a current student, you must be current on all of your financial accounts to be considered for an award.
In July, families will receive a letter indicating if aid was awarded and the amount. The award will be credited to the families’ FACTS Tuition account in August, prior to the first payment due.
For your convenience, all payments must be made through FACTS Tuition Management on your FACTS Family Portal. Families will select a payment plan during the online enrollment process. Available payment plans include:
1. Annual Payment – tuition and fees for the school year paid in a single payment.
2. Semi-Annual Payment – tuition for the school year is divided into (2) payments.
3. Ten Monthly Installments – tuition is divided into (10) monthly payments. Ten monthly installments beginning in August through May.
There is a $20 FACTS Enrollment Fee for the Annual and Semi-Annual Payment plans and a $50 FACTS Enrollment Fee for the Ten Monthly Installment option.
Tuition payments and incidental charges (After School Care and Wrap Around Care) must be made through FACTS Tuition with the option of Auto Pay or Manual Payments. Payment methods are electronic debit and credit cards or ACH Debit Transactions. FACTS will assess a 2.95% processing charge for each transaction made with Credit/Debit Cards.
Families are responsible for managing payments via the FACTS Family Portal.
Payments received past the due date will be assessed at a $25 late fee.
For returned payments, all bank fees will be passed on to your account. Additionally, a FACTS return fee of $30 will be applied.
Families with payments in arrears will be notified by the St. Joseph Catholic School Finance Office as being past due. Report Cards will not be distributed to students with accounts that are past due.
St. Joseph School will pursue every avenue to obtain tuition payment, including collection agencies and legal options. School records will not be released until the outstanding tuition balance is paid in full, as well as any collection fees incurred.
