St. Joseph School re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open and will continue through March 15, 2024. At this time, we are requesting that current families complete the enrollment packet through the FACTS Family Portal to update your child/children’s medical information, emergency contact information, and fulfill requests for other supplemental forms and documents. To clarify, FACTS Family Portal is not the same as FACTS Tuition Management. These are two seperate systems so please verify you select the correct login information.
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our FACTS Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the instructions for creating a family portal login listed below:
Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Login:
1. Please go to FACTS Family Portal
2. Select "Create New Family Portal Account"
3. Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school
4. Click "Create Account"
5. You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, this link will remain active for 6 hours.
6. Log into FACTS Portal as instructed below.
To access the FACTS Family Portal:
1. Please go to FACTS Family Portal. Our School Code is SJSP-NY.
2. Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided
3. Go to the left side Navigation Menu
4. Click on "Apply/Enroll"
5. Click on "Enrollment/Re-enrollment" *Please note, you must complete an enrollment packet for each child
Our enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
