Caito, unanimous approval.

The bills for the reading programs, microscopes and SRA Labs will be
arriving soon.
Committee Reports
Principal’s Report – May testing for the 4th graders is
soon. Final exams will be done a little differently this year –
Celebrations of Learning. The format will be different than in years past
and will not be as time consuming. There will be a Seabreeze Family Day to
be held on Thursday, June 20 for grades K-6. School will not be in
session, if your family will not be attending Seabreeze then alternative
childcare will need to be arranged. The school’s annual report is
currently being drafted. This report will include information regarding
financials, testing results, teaching credentials, just to name a few. All
SAC committees are requested to provide information for this report.
Development
M. Malone has been trying to access the Macintosh files with no luck at
this date. A new database will probably need to be implemented. There
might be interest in doing an alumni newsletter. The school does have a
bulk mailing permit. There was discussion on whether St. Joe’s could
send out an alumni appeal that is separate from the Fair Share program.
Since St. Joe’s does not see any additional funds from Fair Share that
are not earmarked for tuition assistance, there could be a separate mailer
sent to alumni. Budget request for next year will include funds for alumni
mailings.
Enrichment
Budget request for next year seems low. G. Hebert to talk to S.
Accorso regarding the amount.

Sweatshirt Sale through this committee next year. A letter communicating
next year’s fundraising plan will be sent to families in June.

will be chairing this committee next year. A co-chair has not been found
yet. Next year’s budget request has been completed.

Volunteers for next year’s events will have the opportunity to sign
up for the Sock Hop and/or the Winter Carnival. All those that volunteer
will be contacted with a confirmation/thank you at the beginning of the
2002-03 school year. Information will be obtained regarding a Spinner’s
family outing. Next year’s budget request has been finalized.
Technology
The Diocese will provide an LCD Display/ Projector. Delivery should occur
before year-end. An order will be finalized for network software, server
license and anti-virus software. This order will be utilizing the
remainder of the NYS software budget.

next year. Letters will be going out to all new families and welcoming
