How to select your after school activity for
Jan-Jun 2008?
- Review the material in the Enrichment Clubs Brochure
located on the Forms page
Select those activities that your child would like to
enroll.
- Complete the
Enrichment Club Student Application located on the
Forms page, indicating the
activities and fees for the activities selected.
- Submit the Permission Form and one check payable
to “St. Joseph School” in an envelope marked “Enrichment Clubs” by the
date indicated for the activity.
Financial assistance is available. Please contact
the school
principal to discuss.
