The Treasurer of the PGA is responsible for accurately tracking, recording, and reporting all expenditures and income of PGA monies. This includes but is not limited to:

• General bookkeeping
• Managing income and expenditures from fundraising activities
• Budgeting and financial reporting
• Monthly communication of financial position to SAC committee members

Financial statements are available for review in the school office if anyone is interested.
