Who We Are: We are a Catholic elementary school with a commitment to developing the spiritual, social, and academic growth of each individual child. Founded in 1956, we have a current enrollment of 338 students.  We offer: Pre-School, Full Day Kindergarten, and Grades 1 - 6 and a new Play, Discover and Grow Wrap Around Program for 3-4 year olds.  On-site after school care is also available. Principal's Message   

One of the most important decisions you will make for your child is the choice of the right educational environment. Each parent desires a safe and positive learning environment where their child has the opportunity to reach his/her academic potential  while at the same time, growing spiritually in Christian love. You want your child's school to be spiritually uplifting, warm, caring, disciplined, and academically challenging.

At Saint Joseph School we educate the whole child: spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.  Based on the philosophy that childhood is a journey St. Joseph School provides differentiated instruction as well as related services that provide for the individual needs of each student.  We believe that every child is an original gift from God and that each child’s unique learning style should be embraced and supported to achieve his or her full potential throughout their years at St. Joseph School. Our school provides a safe and positive learning environment that offers a faith based education based upon the precepts and traditions of the Catholic faith.Our students live their faith by building strong relational skills, living the mission of the Church, and by participating in service projects that benefit members of our local and national community.  Highly competent, professional staff offer academic instruction augmented by our growing technologies and implementation of the NYS Common Core Standards.  

Our graduates continue their education and become top students in our high schools and universities in and out of New York State, and receive national merit scholarships honors. Our alumni are counted among leaders in the religious community, as well as in professional, civic, and business communities.
